Covering an area of 38000m2, Chengdu Chengde Heavy Forging Co. Ltd, which has been assessed and found to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 in May, 2005, is one of the cooperation for mechanical hammer forging and machining.
There is more than RMB 100 million (about USD 15 million) of the total assets. The number of the employees is more than 160 including more than 30 technical specialists and professional engineers. The cooperation possesses more than 40 sets of various kinds of main manufacturing equipments. It takes the 2000MT hydraulic press (product weight per unit max 20 MT), the 2MT air hammer, the 4MT electricity liquid hammer, the D53K-5000 horizontal ring rolling machine (product OD max 5000 mm), 6 sets of the high-performance profile grinding machines, all kinds of the vertical lathes, the horizontal lathes and the sawing machines as the core equipments. The co***ny owns the complete production lines of hammer forging, machining based on the whole sets of the equipments. These ensure the high quality and high performance. The products are exported to developed and developing states, such as USA, Germany, UK, Israel, Indian, ***in, Turkey and Australia. The amount of export was 20000 MT in 2007 and 15000MT in 2008.
The engineers and the workers have accumulated sufficient experience and obtained the key technology to manufacture in the field of the metallurgy, pressure vessel, power station and the whole sets of wind turbine for the forging products since established in 2004.
